Preferences – Shoshana Technologies

The Caregiver Mobile App has a number of features that can be enabled or disabled according to your agency preferences.

Preferences you can enable within Rosemark:

Found under File > Configuration >Telephony/ Electronic Visit Verification

Caregiver can or cannot enter Reimbursable Client Mileage
Caregiver can or cannot enter Miscellaneous Expenses
GPS Distance threshold for Caregiver clock in and clock out
Notifications for No Shows, Early Clock Outs, Late Clock outs and Voice messages

Found under File > Configuration > Caregiver Travel

Found under File > Configuration > Agency

Shoshana Technologies Can Turn on for You:

Push Notifications
Block clock in/outs that are too far from client address
Enable shift-free clock-ins and clock-outs (Caregiver can clock in or out with the Mobile App to a client that they are not assigned to)
Caregiver can view a client's Emergency Tab
Make announcements mandatory
Require Caregivers to fill in the comment field for tasks marked No or Refuse
Enable the option for caregivers to record tasks not on the care plan
Caregiver can or cannot accept/refuse shift offers
Caregiver can or cannot see (and fill out) the care plan
Caregiver signature is or is not required on care plan checklist
Client signature is or is not required on care plan checklist
Make tasks mandatory- caregivers must answer each task before they can clock out
Caregiver can or cannot select ‘No’ to a task being completed
Caregiver can or cannot select ‘Refused’ to a task being completed
Caregiver can or cannot leave a voice message on clock out
Caregiver can or cannot leave a general note at clock out
Caregiver can or cannot see the client ID number
Caregiver can or cannot see the client condition info
Caregiver can or cannot see the client’s phone number
