The Inquiry tab allows you to track the lead status and related details of potential clients as well as indicate that a potential client is ' Closed' and will not become active.
- This will change the status of the lead from Inquiry to Closed.
- You then have the option to identify a loss indicator and include more details in the Inquiry Closed Reason field.
Loss Indicator
- Loss indicator allows you to report on why a potential client will not become active.
- Loss indicators can be added under File > Configuration > Loss Indicators
- For additional notes about why a potential client was marked closed you can add details in the Inquiry Closed Reason field.
- You can report on all Loss Indicator reasons for any date range using the Loss Indicator Report in the Report Hub.
- Allow you to specify who referred the Client to you for care.
- Referral sources might include existing Clients, healthcare providers (hospitals, doctors, etc.), case managers, senior care professionals, clergy, attorneys, etc.
- Important source of new Clients- Rosemark provides tools for you to manage these relationships. For more information, see the Referral Sources section.
- To add a Referral source
- Click on one of the Referral Source buttons.
- Using the person finder that pops up, type in a new or existing person.
- If you make a mistake and want to remove one, just click on the X to the right of the button, or you can hit the Revert button if you haven't yet applied the changes.
Medicaid/Medicare Fields
- Optional fields for provider ID, authorization ID, medicaid/medicare number, and case worker.
- If client is not using medicaid you can leave these fields blank.
